Emotions...UGH! What are they good for? Well...you might not want to hear this, but those emotions you are feeling are serving a purpose, but you might not understand how they are serving you. That's where I come in. You may feel aimless in parenthood, career, or your relationships. You want to understand more about who you are & what makes you tick, and want a safe and warm space to explore those thoughts. Are you a member of the LGBTQIA+, Poly, or Open community & nervous to begin counseling  because of potential judgement? That is understandable & I can tell you that I have been there too.I will follow your lead, asking questions and making observations with the goal of challenging or enlightening your ingrained thoughts and feelings.
